CODE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATES
If you own a "monolithic" clad house which is finished but the local Council will not issue a Code Compliance Certificate because of weathertightness concerns, you may apply to the Department of Building and Housing (formally the Building industry Authority (BIA) for a Determination.
